Breve Viaje, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por el Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor (Ley N.° 29571) y las disposiciones de Indecopi, pone a disposición de sus clientes el presente Libro de Reclamaciones Virtual.

  • Se deja constancia de que la presentación de un reclamo o queja no impide que el consumidor pueda recurrir a otros mecanismos de solución de controversias ni restringe su derecho de acudir a Indecopi u otras instancias correspondientes.

  • El proveedor (Breve Viaje) tiene un plazo máximo de 30 días calendario para dar respuesta al reclamo o queja, pudiendo ampliarse dicho plazo de manera excepcional en casos debidamente justificados.

  • El reclamo es una manifestación del consumidor relacionada directamente con el servicio contratado.

  • La queja es una manifestación de malestar o descontento que no se vincula directamente con el servicio contratado (ej. atención recibida).

Nota importante: La recepción de un reclamo o queja no implica aceptación de responsabilidad o reconocimiento de obligación de compensación inmediata por parte de la Agencia.
